Daniel B. Fosso, Esq.

Daniel is a seasoned attorney who has extensive experience in a wide range of courtroom litigation and business. He has made hundreds of contested court appearances and has won numerous trials. Daniel also specializes in writing clear legal briefs for all types of contested hearings in both trial courts and courts of appeal. While Daniel has mainly opted to work in a smaller law firm environment, he previously gained large firm experience while employed by Perkins Coie LLP where he litigated on behalf of clients such as Alaska Airlines, Puget Sound Energy and Bellevue Galleria Mall. He has also previously served as Judge pro tem in several lower courts. In his personal life, Dan enjoys water sports, mountain biking, travel, reading and music.
Daniel is passionate about Constitutional and civil rights that form the basis for the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness of all people. He believes in taking an active approach to free speech and redress of grievances for the oppressed. He has done many pro bono actions to uphold these principles. He co-authored, with Stephen C. Willey, the 9th Circuit Amicus Curaie brief on behalf of the American Public Health Association protecting a doctor’s First Amendment right to recommend alternative medicine for their seriously ill patients and cited as persuasive in the landmark case of Conant v. Walters (Jurith), 309 F.3d 629 (2002).
These values are the basis for Daniel’s decision to proudly join Arthur Kim Law Firm.
